The УСИЛЕНИЕ УДАЛЕНИЯ Cd²⁺ ИЗ ВОДНОГО РАСТВОРА: ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ УГЛЕРОДА ИЗ ЦЕДР ЦИТРУСОВЫХ, МОДИФИЦИРОВАННЫХ ZnCl₂, С ПОМОЩЬЮ МЕТОДА BOX-BEHNKEN ОТКЛИКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ
Аннотация
В этом исследовании изучается эффективность удаления ионов Cd²⁺ из водных растворов с использованием угля из кожуры цитрусовых (CPC), активированного ZnCl2. CPC была охарактеризована с помощью приблизительного анализа, элементного состава, текстурных характеристик поверхности, FT-IR и FE-SEM. Используя методологию матрицы поверхности отклика Бокса-Бенкена (RSM), мы проанализировали влияние переменных процесса, таких как pH (2-8), доза CPC (0,1-5,0 г-1), начальной концентрации Cd²⁺ (25-100 мг-1) и температуры (313-323 K). Была разработана модель полиномиальной регрессии второго порядка для максимизации эффективности удаления Cd²⁺. Высокий коэффициент регрессии (R² = 0,9845) указывает на сильную корреляцию между откликом и факторами. Дисперсионный анализ подтвердил статистическую значимость модели. Оптимальные условия (pH = 8, доза CPC = 2,81 г-1, концентрация Cd²⁺ = 100 мг·л-1, температура = 303 K) обеспечили максимальное удаление Cd²⁺ на 80,27%. Исследования десорбции показали, что наиболее эффективным для извлечения Cd²⁺ из CPC является HCl. Уменьшение объема десорбирующей кислоты до четверти привело к увеличению концентрации Cd²⁺ почти в три раза. Испытания на пригодность к повторному использованию показали снижение адсорбционной емкости на 11%, что подтверждает потенциал CPC для удаления тяжелых металлов.
