ПРОСТОЙ СИНТЕЗ И ХАРАКТЕРИЗАЦИЯ НОВЫХ НЕОРГАНИЧЕСКИХ СТЕКЛОКЕРАМИЧЕСКИХ КОМПОЗИТОВ ДЛЯ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ В КАЧЕСТВЕ МЕТОДА ЗАМЕНЫ КОСТИ
Аннотация
Несмотря на значительные успехи в области восстановления и замещения костной ткани, остается множество проблем, связанных с разработкой оптимальных материалов для костных имплантатов. В данном исследовании изучается потенциал керамических композитов на основе силиката кальция с добавлением различных неорганических примесей для костных имплантатов. В качестве материалов использовался порошок силиката кальция, смешанный с (10, 20 и 40 мас.%) диоксидом циркония (ZrO2) и/или диоксидом титана (TiO2), а затем спеченный при температурах 900, 1100 и 1250 °C. Спеченные образцы погружали в имитированную кровь (SBF) на различные периоды времени (0-30 сут.) для проведения исследования in vitro. Биологическая активность керамических композитов исследовалась как для образцов, пропитанных жидкостью, так и для высушенных образцов. Полученные керамические композиты были исследованы с помощью аналитических методов, таких как рентгеновская дифракция (XRD), инфракрасная спектроскопия с преобразованием Фурье (FTIR) и сканирующая электронная микроскопия (SEM). Кроме того, был проведен анализ изменений концентрации ионов Ca2+ и P3+ в растворе SBF на стадии инкубации. Результаты показали, что чистый α-волластонит успешно обеспечивает компромисс между механическими и биоактивными характеристиками, что делает его подходящим выбором для ортопедических и стоматологических применений. Твердость по Виккерсу волластонита увеличивалась с повышением температуры спекания, достигая 9,494 ГПа при 1250 °C. С другой стороны, композиты на основе диоксида циркония и диоксида титана показали значительно более высокие значения твердости — 21,02 ГПа и 17,02 ГПа соответственно. В целом, варьируя состав добавок, стеклокерамику на основе волластонита можно адаптировать для конкретных биомедицинских применений.
