ГИДРОКСИЛИРОВАНИЕ МАСЛА КАУЧУКОВЫХ СЕМЯН С ПОМОЩЬЮ МУРАВЬИНОЙ КИСЛОТЫ/Н2О2 ДЛЯ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ В КАЧЕСТВЕ ВТОРИЧНОГО ПЛАСТИФИЦИРУЮЩЕГО СРЕДСТВА В СОСТАВАХ ПВХ
Аннотация
В данном исследовании масло семян каучукового дерева (RSO) было успешно гидроксилировано с использованием пероксиуксусной и пермуравьиной кислот. Химическая структура гидроксилированного масла семян каучукового дерева (HRSO) была подтверждена методами ядерного магнитного резонанса (ЯМР) и инфракрасной спектроскопии с преобразованием Фурье (FTIR). Пластифицирующая способность HRSO исследовалась с помощью дифференциальной сканирующей калориметрии (ДСК) и испытаний на растяжение. Смешиваемость и миграционное поведение HRSO в качестве пластификатора оценивались с помощью тестов на летучесть и экстракцию. В качестве основного пластификатора был выбран коммерческий диоктилфталат (DOP), который использовался в качестве контроля. Добавление HRSO к DOP снизило температуру стеклования на 14 °C. Присутствие HRSO также снизило летучесть и миграцию пластификатора благодаря его более высокой молекулярной массе и совместимости с DOP. Механические свойства ПВХ, пластифицированного DOP/HRSO, были несколько хуже, чем у ПВХ, пластифицированного DOP. HRSO продемонстрировал хороший потенциал в качестве вторичного пластификатора ПВХ.
