СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ В ХИМИИ N-ФОРМАМИДОВ
Аннотация
Производные N-формамидов представляют собой уникальный и широко исследуемый класс соединений благодаря их широкому спектру биомедицинской значимости, включая противоопухолевую и антимикробную активность, ингибирование обратного захвата серотонина, а также применение в терапии астмы и хронической обструктивной болезни легких. Кроме того, данные структурные фрагменты часто встречаются в природных соединениях и были выделены из разнообразных биологических источников. В связи с их важными практическими применениями N-формилирование аминов остается активно развивающимся направлением в области органического синтеза. Современные методологии в основном основаны на использовании четырех источников углерода: диоксида углерода, метанола, муравьиной кислоты и N,N-диметилформамида (DMF). В подходах, основанных на CO2, необходимая стадия восстановления обычно осуществляется с использованием гидросиланов или молекулярного водорода. Методики, использующие метанол, как правило, включают неорганические полианионные комплексы хрома(III) с лигандной поддержкой, такие как (NH4)3[CrMo6O18(OH)6], либо соли меди(II), в частности Cu(NO3)2. Муравьиная кислота также зарекомендовала себя как эффективный формилирующий агент в сочетании с гетерогенными или наноструктурированными катализаторами, включая цеолит CuO/HZSM-5, сульфатированный полиборат, наноклиноптилолит (Nano-CP) и Pd@MCP. В качестве альтернативы DMF может выступать одновременно в роли растворителя и источника углерода при исключительно мягких условиях активации с использованием таких реагентов, как HOAc, POCl3 или Tf2O. В совокупности данные стратегии представляют значительный интерес благодаря простоте проведения реакций, относительно мягким условиям, короткому времени реакции и способности обеспечивать получение N-формамидов с высокими выходами.
